You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return Conditions

- Buckets, lids, and inserts — unused and in original packaging
- Storage towers — unassembled and in original packaging
- Rolling carts and dolly bases — unassembled
- Accessories purchased separately
Cost of Return Shipping

Return Process
To start a return, contact us through our contact form with your order details. We will send return authorization and shipping instructions within two business days. Pack the item securely, use a trackable method if possible, and keep proof of posting.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, filled with water, or chemically exposed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
